التمويل الأخلاقي كمدخل إبداعي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في ظل الاقتصاد الدائري دراسة نظرية تحليلية

الملخص: التحول من مفاهيم الاقتصاد الخطي إلي مفاهيم الاقتصاد الدائري كنموذج اقتصادي أمثل يسهم في الحفاظ علي الموارد ، والحد من استنزاف الموارد الطبيعية من التحديات التي تواجه الدول ، وقد تمثل الهدف العام للبحث في الكشف عن قدرة التمويل الأخلاقي في تمويل المشروعات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاثة(الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية) في ظل مفاهيم الاقتصاد الدائري، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال مراجعة الدراسات والكتابات السابقة للباحثين ذات العلاقة ،  وتم التوصل إلي العديد من النتائج أهمها: الدور الكبير الذي تقدمه الصكوك الإسلامية كآلية ذات كفاءة عالية وفاعلية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والحد من استنزاف الموارد وتعزيز كفاءة استخدام الموارد للدول، وأوصي البحث بآليات تحقيق التنمية المستدامة باستخدام الصكوك الإسلامية من خلال الأنواع المختلفة للصكوك:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ethical financing as a creative entry point for sustainable development in a circular economy- Analytical theoretical study

Abstract: Shifting from linear economy concepts to circular economy concepts as an optimal economic model contributes to the preservation of resources and reduces the depletion of natural resources from the challenges facing countries, The overall objective of research was to reveal the ability of ethical financing to finance projects and achieve sustainable development in their three dimensions (economic, social and environmental) under the concepts of a circular economy, The analytical descriptive approach was used through a review of previous studies and writings of relevant researchers, Many results have been reached, the most important of which are: the significant role that Islamic instruments offer as a highly efficient and effective mechanism in achieving sustainable development, reducing resource depletion and enhancing the efficiency of the use of resources for states, The research recommended mechanisms for achieving sustainable development using Islamic instruments through different types of instruments.
