إدارة الذات وعلاقتها بالقيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة الباحة

       هدف البحث الى التعرف على العلاقة بين إدارة الذات والقيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة والكشف عن الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول ممارسة إدارة الذات ومهارات القيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي – سنوات الخبرة – الدورات التدريبية في مجال القيادة التربوية)، وقد تم تطبيق البحث على (81) قائداً يمثلون العينة الشاملة، حيث استخدم الباحث فيها المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعد الباحث استبانة مكونة من محورين اشتملت على (29) عبارة، واجرى عليها اختبارات الصدق والثبات، وتم تحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج SPSS. وقد توصلت نتائج البحث الى عدد من النتائج نذكر منها:

يمارس قادة المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة إدارة الذات "دائماً" بدرجة مرتفعة جدا.
يمارس قادة المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة القيادة الابداعية "دائماً" بدرجة مرتفعة جدا.
كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية وموجبة بين ممارسة قادة المدراس الثانوية إدارة الذات ومهارات القيادة الإبداعية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية في منطقة الباحة.
كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05) بين متوسطات إجابات قادة المدراس الثانوية في منطقة الباحة في ممارسة إدارة الذات على مستوى الأبعاد والمحور ككل، والقيادة الإبداعية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة عدا ممارسة بعُد المرونة لصالح قادة المدراس ذوي سنوات خبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات).

وبناءً على النتائج فقد أوصى الباحث بما يلي:

التأكيد على ممارسة إدارة الذات والقيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة وتعزيز نقاط القوة وتوفير جميع الممكنات للمحافظة عليها.
ضرورة الاهتمام بالقيادة الإبداعية بشكل عام والمدارس الثانوية بشكل خاص.
عقد دورات تدريبية لقادة المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة لتعزيز إدارة الذات لديهم.
عقد دورات تدريبية لقادة المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة لتنمية القيادة الإبداعية لديهم.

 
 Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between self-management and creative leadership among secondary school leaders in Al-Baha region and to uncover statistically significant differences between the responses of study sample individuals about the practice of self-management and creative leadership skills of secondary school leaders in Al-Baha region due to a variable (academic qualification - years of experience - )Training courses in the field of educational leadership), and the study included (81) leaders representing the comprehensive sample, in which the researcher used the descriptive approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of two axes that included (29) statements, and conducted tests of validity and reliability on it. Data analysis using SPSS software. The study reached a number of results, including:

High school leaders in Al-Baha region practice self-management "always" to a very high degree.
The leaders of secondary schools in Al-Baha region practice creative leadership "always" to a very high degree.
The results revealed that there is a strong and positive correlation between the practice of secondary school leaders' self-management and creative leadership skills in government secondary school schools in the Al-Baha region.
The results revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average answers of secondary school leaders in the Al-Baha region in the practice of self-management at the level of dimensions and the axis as a whole, and creative leadership is attributed to the years of experience variable except for practicing the dimension of flexibility in favor of high school leaders Years of experience (more than 10 years).

Based on the results, the researcher recommended the following:

Emphasis on practicing self-management and creative leadership among secondary school leaders in Al-Baha region, enhancing strengths and providing all capabilities to preserve them.
The need to pay attention to creative leadership in general and secondary schools in particular.
Holding training courses for high school leaders in Al-Baha region to enhance their self-management.
Holding training courses for high school leaders in Al Baha region to develop it.
