    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المهارات اللازمة لمعلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية 2030 التعليمية، معوقات تطوير مهارات معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية 2030، المقترحات اللازمة لتطوير مهارات معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية 2030 التعليمية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة للدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية لمراحل التعليم العام المختلفة (ابتدائي، متوسط، ثانوي) في مدينة الرياض، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تمثلت في عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (585) معلمة. توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها ما يلي:

أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقات بشدة على المهارات اللازمة لمعلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية 2030التعليمية، وقد تبين من النتائج أن أبرز العبارات التي حصلت على درجة الموافقة في هذا المحور هي(تعزز الانتماء الوطني و تغرس القيم الوطنية، تلتزم بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم).
أوضحت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقات على معوقات تطوير مهارات معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية 2030 التعليمية، وأتضح من النتائج ان أبرز المعوقات هي(كثافة الطالبات في الفصول الدراسية تحدِ من استخدام طرائَّق التدريس التي تنمي الإبداع والابتكار، كِثرة الأعباء المسندة لمعلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية).
بينت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقات بشدة على المقترحات اللازمة لتطوير مهارات معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضور رؤية 2030 التعليمية. واتضح من النتائج أن أبرز المقترحات هي(الموازنة في توزيع اعدد الطالبات في الفصول الدراسية، تشجيع وتحفيز الطالبات لرفع مستوى دافعيتهم واتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم).

Abstract:
Study title: The necessary skills for social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 educational vision Preparation / a. Fawzia Ali Al-Ghamdah
    This study aimed to identify the necessary skills for social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 educational vision, the obstacles to developing the skills of social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 vision, and the proposals needed to develop the skills of social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 educational vision. To achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive survey method and also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data necessary for the study. (585) teacher. The study reached a set of results, most notably the following: The results showed that the members of the study sample strongly agreed on the skills needed for social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 educational vision. . The results showed that the study sample members agreed on the obstacles to developing the skills of social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 educational vision, and it became clear from the results that the most prominent obstacles are (the density of female students in the classroom limits the use of teaching methods that develop creativity and innovation, the large number of burdens assigned to social studies teachers)       
The results showed that the study sample members strongly agreed with the proposals needed to develop the skills of social studies teachers in the light of the 2030 educational vision. And it became clear from the results that the most prominent proposals are (the budget in distributing the number of female students in the classroom, encouraging and motivating female students to raise the level of their motivation and attitudes towards learning).
