توظيف إدارة المعارف في تطوير سبل التعليم عن بعد في المناهج الحديثة في الجامعات الأردنية

الملخص
 تعتبر مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي من أهم المنظمات ذات العلاقة بتبني إدارة المعرفة، والتي تهدف إلى تحديث العمل وتحديثه وتحقيق التوافق بين مخرجاته واحتياجات سوق العمل.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف يهدف البحث إلى توضيح بعض النظم والنماذج العالمية الناجحة في إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقها، واعتبارها أساسًا لنقطة انطلاق جديدة ونموذج تعليمي يجب أن تتبعه الجامعات المختلفة، خاصة في العصر الحديث المنهج، طريقة تطوير التعليم عن بعد.   
أصبحت المعرفة المحرك إذا تمت إدارة مؤسسة ما بشكل جيد، فستظهر أهمية إدارة المعرفة من هنا ما هي الخبرة والمهارات والمعرفة التنظيمية التي يجب أن يستفيد منها عمل المنظمة بما في ذلك تحقيق أهدافها، ودعم اتخاذ القرار، وتحقيق الإبداع والابتكار، ثم أدرك التمايز والميزة التنافسية. الجامعة هي أنسب مؤسسة اعتماد وتطبيق إدارة المعرفة لأنها تمتلك بنية تحتية معرفية كبيرة ربما يكون أهم شيء هو أن تكون قوية عند فرض الأدوار في مجتمع المعرفة لإنتاج المعرفة وتطبيقها من خلال الاستثمار في البحث العلمي. برغم من أهمية وضرورة البحث التربوي كركيزة أساسية للتنمية البشرية الاجتماعية في تفوق التطوير والتحديث وحل المشكلات التربوية أمر حتمي. ولأن نظام التعليم يواجه الآن التحدي المتمثل في توفير فرص تعليمية تتطلب ميزانيات إضافية، فقد بدأت المؤسسات التعليمية في قطاع التعليم العالي في مواجهة التحدي من خلال تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التعليم عن بعد وتطوير الدورات. والعلوم، لذلك فهي أسهل على الجامعات تطبيقها، وخاصة الجامعة الأردنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الأردنية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية:

عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في درجة توظيف إدارة المعارف.

Abstract      
     Institutions of higher education and scientific research are one of the most important organizations related to the adoption of knowledge management, which aims to modernize and modernize the work and achieve compatibility between its outputs and the needs of the labor market.
        To achieve this goal, the research aims to clarify some of the successful global systems and models in the management and application of knowledge, and consider it as the basis for a new starting point and educational model that must be followed by different universities, especially in the modern era curriculum, the method of developing distance education.   
     Knowledge has become the engine if an organization is well managed, the importance of knowledge management will show from here what experience, skills and organizational knowledge the organization's work should benefit including achieving its goals, supporting decision-making, achieving creativity and innovation, and then realizing differentiation and competitive advantage. The University is the most suitable institution for the adoption and application of knowledge management because it has a large knowledge infrastructure and perhaps the most important thing is to be strong when imposing roles in the knowledge society to produce and apply knowledge through investment in scientific research. Despite the importance and necessity of educational research as a fundamental pillar of social human development in the superiority of development, modernization and the solution of educational problems is inevitable. As the education system now faces the challenge of providing educational opportunities requiring additional budgets, educational institutions in the higher education sector have begun to meet the challenge by developing and implementing distance learning plans and developing courses. And science, so it is easier for universities to apply them, especially the University of Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared distributed to a sample of students and faculty members of Jordanian universities, and the study reached the results:
- There are no statistically significant differences between faculty responses to knowledge management recruitment
