ملخص:
الحمد لله على ما تفضل به علينا من نِعَمٍ عظيمة ، والصلاة والسلام على سيد البشر أجمعين ومعلمنا الأول إلى يوم الدين سيدنا محمد ، وعلى آله وصحبه والتابعين له بإحسان
إلى يوم الدين .
    إن ما نواجهه من تحديات في جميع مناحي حياتنا الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والتعليمية ، وما نشهده من سرعة متنامية في تغيير النمط السلوكي للمجتمع ، وما نعايشه من زخم معرفي واتصال سريع وتقنية مطَّرِدة ، كل ذلك يوجب علينا سرعة تقييم وضعنا الراهن والتخطيط لمواكبة المستجدات بما يتوافق مع قيمنا ومبادئنا وإمكانياتنا .
    وبما أننا في مجال التربية والتعليم فنحن نستشعر أهمية التغيير نحو الأفضل والإسراع
في مواكبة المستجدات وتوجيه التغيير وفقاً لمرتكزاتنا الدينية والاجتماعية ، ولعل المدرسة هي الوسيلة لتحقيق ذلك والقيادة التربوية للمدرسة هي المؤثر المباشر لتعزيز التغيير وتحقيق الأهداف ، لذلك فنحن بحاجة إلى مديراً خبيراً وقائداً محنكاً دوافعه نابعة من تقبله للتغيير ، مؤثراً على كفاءة وفاعلية العاملين معه ، محفزاً ودافعاً نحو تجويد العمل ، محققاً للتكامل  ومعززاً للإبداع والابتكار وصولاً إلى التميز .
    وفي ضوء التطور المتسارع في علم الإدارة التربوية ، وتنامي التجارب والأساليب القيادية الحديثة ، وظهور إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، ومطالبة أهل الاختصاص بتوظيف الجودة الشاملة في التعليم للوصول إلى مخرجات ذات جودة عالية تحقق متطلبات التنمية ، تأتي ورقة العمل هذه بعنوان " القيادة التربوية للمدرسة في ضوء مفاهيم الجودة الشاملة "

The challenges we face in all aspects of our social, economic, political and educational life, and the growing speed we are witnessing in changing the behavioral pattern of society, and the cognitive momentum, rapid communication and steady technology we are experiencing, all of which require us to quickly assess our current situation and plan to keep pace with developments in line with our values. Our principles and our capabilities. Since we are in the field of education, we feel the importance of change for the better and acceleration In keeping pace with developments and directing change according to our religious and social foundations, and perhaps the school is the means to achieve this, and the educational leadership of the school is the direct influence to promote change and achieve the goals, so we need an experienced manager and an experienced leader whose motives stem from his acceptance of change, influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of his workers, a catalyst and a motive. In light of the accelerating development in the science of educational administration, the growth of modern leadership experiences and methods, the emergence of total quality management, and the specialists’s request to employ comprehensive quality in education to reach high-quality outputs that meet the requirements of development, this working paper comes under the title “Educational leadership of the school in light of concepts comprehensive quality " To cover the following areas: Concepts of comprehensive quality in education. - Standardization in the processes related to the educational leadership of the school.
