ملخص :
استعرض البحث الحالى مفاهيم وممارسات الادارة الاستراتيجية من حيث :التخطيط المالي الأساسي ،  التخطيط بناء على التوقعات،  التخطيط الاستراتيجي (في ضوء العوامل الخارجية) ، وكذا تم التعرض للادارة الاستراتيجية من حيث : النموذج الأساسي للإدارة الاستراتيجية بالمسح البيئي ، تحليل البيئة الخارجية، البيئة العامة ،  البيئة الخاصة أو بيئة العمل ،  الهيكل التنظيمي ، ويتضمن الاتصالات، السلطة، وسلسلة القيادة في الخريطة التنظيمية،  تحليل البيئة الداخلية ،  الثقافة ، الموارد، كما تم تناول طرق تكوين الاستراتيجية من حيث تحديد الرؤية المستقبلية ورسالة المنظمة ، ووضع الأهداف ، ووضع الاستراتيجيات ، وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية ، والتقييم والرقابة .

Abstract:
The current research reviewed the concepts and practices of strategic management in terms of: basic financial planning, planning based on expectations, strategic planning (in light of external factors), as well as exposure to strategic management in terms of: the basic model of strategic management by environmental survey, analysis of the external environment, the general environment, The special environment or the work environment, the organizational structure, and it includes communications, authority, and the chain of command in the organizational map, analysis of the internal environment, culture, resources, as well as ways of forming the strategy in terms of determining the future vision and mission of the organization, setting goals, developing strategies, and implementing the strategy. , evaluation and control.
