دور المرشد التربوي في حل المشكلات المدرسية لطلبة المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا

ملخص :
إن الإنسان هو العنصر الأساسي في تقدم وازدهار المجتمعات ، فإذا صلح الإنسان صلح المجتمع ، وإذا فسد الإنسان فسد المجتمع ، كما ويمر الإنسان بمراحل نمو مختلفة ابتداء  بطفولته وصولاً لشيخوخته، فيكون تعرض خلالها للعديد من المواقف سواء إيجابية من فرح   وسعادة وغيرها، ومواقف سلبية من أزمات وأحزان وغيرها، حيث تؤثر هذه المواقف على سلوكهم وأنماط تفكيرهم لذلك يواجه الإنسان في حياته أحداثاً مفاجئة وغير متوقعة ينجم عنها أضرار نفسية ومادية تؤثر في الأفراد والجماعات والمؤسسات ، وهذا ما يعرف بالأزمات ، ومن الأمثلة علي تلك الأزمات تعرض الفرد للإساءة الجسمية أو العاطفية أو الجنسية .
والخدمات الإرشادية من ارقي الخدمات تقدم للأفراد ، لما لها فن من اثر كبير في مساعدة الفرد على حل مشكلاته وتعديل سلوكه وتوجيه نحو الطريق  السليم، وهنا هو دور المرشد النفسي التي يرشد ويواجه ويعدل السلوك ويقومه ويزيد ثقة الفرد بنفسه وقدراته وإمكاناته ويساعده على التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي، بالإضافة للعديد من الخدمات الإرشاد التي يقدمه المرشد للمسترشدين ، لكي يكون لهذا الدور فاعلية ينبغي على المرشد أن يمتلك العديد من القدرات والمهارات والفنيات والإمكانات التي تؤهله للقيام بهذه المهمة على أكمل وجه ،فالإرشاد النفسي هو علم وفن معا ، فهو علم لأنه مبني على نظريات وأصول علمية وهو فن لكونه يستخدم استراتيجيات و تكتيكات وفنيات ومهارات معينة إن التعامل مع الأزمات المدرسية أمرا ليس يسيرا وإنما يتطلب أن يكون المرشد التربوي قد حصل علي تدريب كافي في التعامل مع الأزمات المدرسية من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم كونها الجهة المسئولة عنه ، ولذا لابد من المرشد التربوي أن يكون لدية الخبرة الكافية في المهارات الإرشادية والتي هي أساسية هي العملية الإرشادية مثل : مهارة الإصغاء ومهارة الاتصال والتواصل ومهارة الاستماع ومهارة عكس المشاعر ومهارة المواجهة ومهارة التعاطف ومهارة الدعم النفسي الديني ومهارة طرح الأسئلة وغيرها من المهارات.

Abstract :
The human being is the basic element in the progress and prosperity of societies. If a person is righteous, society is correct, and if a person is corrupt, society is corrupted. Also, a person goes through different stages of development starting from his childhood to his old age, during which he is exposed to many situations, both positive of joy and happiness and others, and negative situations of crises. Sadness and others, as these situations affect their behavior and patterns of thinking. Therefore, a person faces sudden and unexpected events in his life that result in psychological and material damage that affects individuals, groups and institutions, and this is what is known as crises. Examples of these crises are the individual’s exposure to physical, emotional or sexual abuse.
And counseling services are among the finest services provided to individuals, because of their art of great impact in helping the individual to solve his problems, modify his behavior and guide him towards the right path. In addition to the many counseling services that the counselor provides to the counsellors, in order for this role to be effective, the counselor must possess many capabilities, skills, techniques and capabilities that qualify him to carry out this task to the fullest. It is an art because it uses certain strategies, tactics, techniques and skills. Dealing with school crises is not an easy matter, but rather requires that the educational counselor have received sufficient training in dealing with school crises by the Ministry of Education, being the responsible authority for it. He shall have sufficient experience in the guiding skills, which are essential to the guiding process, such as: listening skill, communication skill, communication skill, listening skill, and The skill of reflecting feelings, the skill of confrontation, the skill of empathy, the skill of psycho-religious support, the skill of asking questions and other skills.
