إعداد المعلمين عالمياً (المشكلات والتطوير)

ملخص :
هدفت ورقة العمل الحالية استعراض إعداد المعلمين عالمياً (المشكلات والتطوير) من ناحية الصراع الثقافي بين دول العالم  ، عدم وجود تخطيط لطلب المعلمين (مشكلة اختيار المعلم)، الرواتب المنخفضة للمعلمين، نقص التطوير المهني، نقص التدريب في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، قيود البنية التحتية، عدم توجيه المعلمين أثناء تدريبيهم، قصر مدة التدريب للمعلم، زيادة أعداد المعلمين في مؤسسات التدريب سنوياً، عدم الإشراف على أماكن التدريب بطريقة جيدة، وضعف تكامل مهارات المعلم الحياتية، ثم تناولت الباحثة سبل تطوير إعداد المعلمين الجدد من خلال تحديث وتنويع طرق التدريس وأساليبه في كليات إعداد المعلم، توظيف التقنية والتكنولوجيا الحديثة في كليات التربية، مسئولية كليات التربية من متابعة خريجيها، اتجاه تنمية المعلمين مهنياً في ضوء أسلوب النظم، الأخذ بأسلوب التعلم الذاتي في برامج إعداد المعلم، والاهتمام بالإعداد الثقافي للمعلم في عصر العولمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية .
 
Abstract :
The current working paper aimed to review the preparation of teachers globally (problems and development) in terms of cultural conflict between countries of the world, lack of planning for teacher demand (the problem of teacher selection), low salaries for teachers, lack of professional development, lack of training in the field of information and communication technology, infrastructure restrictions The lack of guidance for teachers during their training, the short duration of teacher training, the annual increase in the number of teachers in training institutions, the lack of good supervision of the training venues, and the weak integration of the teacher’s life skills. Faculties of teacher preparation, employing technology and modern technology in faculties of education, the responsibility of faculties of education to follow up on their graduates, direction of teacher development professionally in light of the systems method, adopting the method of self-learning in teacher preparation programs, and attention to cultural preparation of the teacher in the era of globalization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
