إعداد المعلمين عالمياً (الاخلاقيات والمعتقدات)

ملخص :
  تتناول ورقة العمل الحالية مشكلات إعداد المعلمين عالمياً  (الاخلاقيات والمعتقدات) من أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس والدور الأخلاقي للمهنة وأهميتها، ومعتقدات المعلمين وتصوراتهم ، وذلك من خلال تناول مفهوم أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس، أهمية أخلاقيات المهنة، مبادئ أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس على المستوي العالمي، مواثيق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس عالمياً، معايير الممارسة المهنية ، المعايير الأخلاقية للتدريس ، وتم التعرض لمواثيق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية مثل ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس في مدارس ولاية نبراسكا (state of Nebraska)، ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس كما وضعته الرابطة القومية للتربية (NEA)، ميثاق الأخلاقيات للرابطة الأمريكية للمربين (AAE)، ميثاق الأخلاقيات للمعلمين في ولاية منيسوتا (State of Minnesota)، ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس في ولاية ألاسكا (State of laska)، وميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم وضع أهداف مواثيق أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس، والصفات الأخلاقية الواجب توافرها في المعلم، واستعراض تحديات أزمة الأخلاق، ومعتقدات المعلمين وتصوراتهم، وكيفية اعداد المعلم وكفاءته الذاتية .
 
Abstract:
    The current working paper deals with the problems of preparing teachers globally (ethics and beliefs) from the ethics of the teaching profession and the ethical role of the profession and its importance, and teachers’ beliefs and perceptions, by addressing the concept of teaching ethics, the importance of professional ethics, principles of ethics for the teaching profession at the global level, and charters of ethics for the teaching profession Internationally, Standards of Professional Practice, Ethical Standards for Teaching, and exposure to the teaching ethics charters in the United States of America such as the State of Nebraska Schools of Teaching Ethics Charter, the Teaching Ethics Charter as developed by the National Education Association (NEA), the Ethics Charter The American Association of Educators (AAE), the State of Minnesota Charter of Ethics for Teachers, the State of laska Charter of Ethics for Teaching, and the Saudi Arabia Teaching Ethics Charter, establish the objectives of the teaching codes of ethics, the attributes The moral that must be available in the teacher, and a review of the challenges of the moral crisis, the beliefs and perceptions of teachers, and how to prepare the teacher and self-efficacy.
