الطريق إلى الدراسات العليا.. أسبابه ودوافعه لدى طلبة الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية

ملخص :
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الأسباب والدوافع التي من خلالها قام الطلبة بالالتحاق في برامج الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الأردنية، ومحاولة التوصل إلى تحديد الأبعاد والعوامل المؤثرة لاتخاذ هذا النوع من القرارات من وجهة نظر الطلبة.
وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق تصميم استبانة كأداة قياس للدراسة، والتي تضمنت على 18 فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد معتبرة من وجهة نظر المستجيب، كما روعي وجود بعض المعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة بالطالب كمتغيرات مستقلة، ذلك في محاولة لتوجيه الدراسة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الأردنية للعام الجامعي  2007/2008 ، أما عينة الدراسة فكانت عبارة عن (100) طالب وطالبة في ثلاث جامعات أردنية وهي: الأردنية، الهاشمية والبلقاء التطبيقية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وقامت الباحثة بتوزيع أداة الدراسة عليهم حيث استعيد منها 91 فقط.
وأظهرت النتائج في هذه الدراسة، أن دوافع الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الأردنية كانت مرتبة ترتيباً تنازلياً وهي: الأسباب والدوافع الأكاديمية، يليها الأسباب المتعلقة بتحقيق التطور الوظيفي، ثم الدوافع المادية، وأخيراً تأثير النظرة الاجتماعية.
وفي النهاية تم تقديم بعض التوصيات الموجهة للطلبة الملتحقين و الذين يرغبون بالالتحاق مستقبلاً، متعلقة في دراسة الأسباب والدوافع بتوظيف شيئاً من المنطق وما تقتضيه لاستثمارها في اتخاذ القرار الصائب.
 
 
 
 
Abstract :
   The study aimed to find out the reasons and motives through which students enrolled in graduate studies programs in Jordanian universities, and to try to reach a determination of the dimensions and factors affecting the taking of this type of decision from the students' point of view. The data was collected by designing a questionnaire as a measurement tool for the study, which included 18 items distributed on four dimensions considered from the respondent’s point of view. Some personal information related to the student was taken into account as independent variables, in an attempt to guide the study. The study population consisted of all postgraduate students in the Jordanian universities for the academic year 2007/2008, and the study sample consisted of (100) students in three Jordanian universities, namely: Jordanian, Hashemite and Applied Meeting, they were chosen randomly, and the researcher distributed the study tool On them, where only 91 of them were recovered. The results in this study showed that the motives for enrollment in graduate studies programs in Jordanian universities were ranked in descending order: academic reasons and motives, followed by reasons related to achieving career development, then material motives, and finally the influence of social outlook. In the end, some recommendations were presented to enrolled students who wish to enroll in the future, related to studying the reasons and motives to employ some logic and what it takes to invest them in making the right decision.
