التملق الإلكترونى وعلاقته بالذكاء الاجتماعى والميكافيلية لدى طالبات الدراسات العليا فى ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية

ملخص البحث:
    هدف البحث الحالى إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين التملق الإلكترونى والذكاء الاجتماعى والميكافيلية والفروق فى التملق الالكترونى وفقاً للحالة المهنية(تعمل-لا تعمل) والحالة الاجتماعية(متزوجة-غير متزوجة)والمرحلة الدراسية(سنوات التمهيدى-ماجستير أو دكتوراة) ،وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من(324)طالبة من كلية الدراسات الانسانية بالقاهرة وكلية الدراسات الاسلامية والعربية بنات بالقاهرة وتراوحت أعمارهن ما بين(23- 35)عاماً بمتوسط عمرى (82 ,29)وانحراف معيارى قدره(98 ,4)،ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتصميم الأدوات التالية(استمارة جمع البيانات الأولية-مقياس التملق الإلكترونى-مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعى-مقياس الميكافيلية)وقد تم التحقق من خصائصهم السيكومترية، وقد أشارت أهم النتائج إلى ما يلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة(01,0)بين درجات مقياس التملق الإلكترونى ودرجات مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعى ودرجات مقياس الميكافيلية لدى عينة البحث،كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة(01,0)على مقياس التملق الإلكترونى تبعاً للحالة المهنية (تعمل-لا تعمل)لصالح من تعمل والحالة الاجتماعية(متزوجة-غير متزوجة)لصالح غير المتزوجة والمرحلة الدراسية(سنوات التمهيدى-ماجستير أو دكتوراة) لصالح مرحلة الماجستير أو الدكتوراة، وأخيراً أشارت النتائج إلى أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالتملق الإلكترونى من خلال الذكاء الاجتماعى والميكافيلية لدى طالبات الدراسات العليا،وقد تمت مناقشة وتفسير النتائج فى ضوء الإطار النظرى والدراسات السابقة للبحث.
Electronic ingratiation and its relationship with social intelligence and Machiavellianism among femal postgraduate students in light of some demographic variables.
Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to find out the nature of the relationship between electronic ingratiation and social intelligence and Machiavellianism and the differences in electronic ingratiation according to work status (working - not working) and marital status (married - singal) and the Educational level (Preliminary years - Master's or Ph.D), and the basic research sample consisted of (324) female students from the Faculty of Humanities in Cairo and the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies for girls in Cairo, their ages ranged between (23-35) years, with an average age of (29,82) and a standard deviation of (4,98), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed the following tools: (Primary data collection form - electronic ingratiation scale – social intelligence scale– Machiavellian scale). The results indicated There is a positive correlation with statistical significance at the significance level (0, 01) between the degrees of the electronic ingratiation scale and the degrees of the social intelligence scale and the degrees of the Machiavellian scale among the research sample, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0, 01) on the electronic ingratiation scale, depending on the work situation (working - not working) in favor of the one working and the darkest condition. Conscious (married - singal) in favor of the singal and the Educational level (Preliminary years - Master's or Ph.D) in favor of the master's or Ph.D, and finally the results indicated that it is possible to predict electronic ingratiation through social intelligence and Machiavellianism among female postgraduate students.
