دور الأسرة في مواجهة مشكلة التنمر المدرسي

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أكثر أشكال التنمر المدرسي انتشارا بين التلاميذ داخل المدرسة ، وتحديد أهم الأسباب التي تدفع التلاميذ إلى التنمر على بعضهم البعض ، والتعرف علي الآثار المترتبة من قيام أحد التلاميذ بالتنمر على الأخر وكيف يؤثر ذلك عليه سلبا  ، وتحديد العوامل التي تساعد على تجنب الأسباب المؤدية للتنمر المدرسي ، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي  نظرا لأنه يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة ، كما قد تم استخدام الاستبانة لتجميع البيانات من الطلاب ، تحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss  ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى  عدد من النتائج  ومنها أن التنمر اللفظي داخل المدرسة كان من أكثر أشكال التنمر المدرسي انتشارا بين الطلاب  ، كما اتضح أن أكثر الأسباب التي ساعدت على انتشار التنمر المدرسي انتشار أفلام العنف بين الطلاب ، كما أوصت الدراسة بتوعية الأسرة بأهمية دورها التربوي ومسؤوليتها في التنشئة الإجتماعية للأبناء ، وذلك من خلال حثها على استخدام الأساليب التربوية السليمة ، إلى جانب توعية التلاميذ بأخطار التنمر وآثاره الإجتماعية والنفسية والتربوية من خلال عقد الندوات والحملات التوعوية  ، ويشارك فيها مختصون في هذا المجال .
 
Abstract:
    The current study aimed to identify the most common forms of school bullying among students within the school, identify the most important reasons that push students to bully each other, identify the effects of one student bullying another and how that affects him negatively, and identify the factors that help Avoiding the causes that lead to school bullying. The descriptive approach was also used because it is compatible with the nature of the study. The questionnaire was also used to collect data from the students. The data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The study reached a number of results, including that verbal bullying within the school It was one of the most widespread forms of school bullying among students. It also became clear that the most common reason for the spread of school bullying was the spread of violent films among students. The study also recommended raising awareness of the family about the importance of its educational role and its responsibility in the socialization of children, by urging them to use sound educational methods. In addition to educating students about the dangers of bullying and its social, psychological and educational effects, through holding seminars and awareness campaigns, in which specialists in this field participate.
