فرص و تحديات التعليم الالكتروني في جامعة حفر الباطن خلال الأزمة الصحية العالمية COVID-19 من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الطلاب

الملخص
    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى رضا منسوبي جامعة حفر الباطن عن بيئة التعليم الإلكتروني  والفائدة المحققة  خلال الأزمة الصحية العالمية COVID-19 .و قد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي القائم على تحليل المحتوى. و لهذا الغرض قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة الكترونية شارك فيها  ( 100) عضو هيئة تدريس، و(80) طالب وطالبة، من منسوبي جامعة حفر الباطن للعام الدراسي 2020/2021. تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من الكليات الجامعية بمحافظة الخفجي و القريا العليا و النعيرية و محافظة حفر الباطن. و كشفت نتائج الدراسة تميز جامعة حفر الباطن ممثلة بعمادة التعليم الالكتروني في حسن تسيير العملية التعليمية و ما أثبته خلال الجائحة العالمية.
و قد سعى الباحث في  هذه الدراسة لصياغة بعض التوصيات التي من شأنها أن ترفع من جاهزية جامعة حفر الباطن في مجال التعليم عن بعد. ومن أهمها العمل على نشر ثقافة التعلیم الالكتروني بین أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الطلاب وتوضیح أهمیته في العملیة التعلیمیة من خلال عقد ورش عمل داخلیة وذلك للتعمق أكثر في مزايا التعلیم الالكتروني وطریقة استخدامه مما یؤدي إلى تعزیز مكانة الجامعة في المجتمع.
  
 
 
 
Abstract:
This study aims to assess the extent of satisfaction of the employees of the University of Hafr Al-Batin with the E-learning environment and the benefit achieved during the global health crisis COVID-19. The descriptive approach based on content analysis was followed. For this purpose, the researcher designed an electronic questionnaire in which (100) faculty members, and (80) students from the University of Hafr Al-Batin during the academic year 2020/2021. They were randomly selected from university colleges in Al-Khafji, Al-Qurayyat Al-Olaya, Al-Nairiya and Hafr Al-Batin governorates.
 
The results of the study revealed the excellence of the University of Hafr Al-Batin, represented by the Deanship of E-Learning, in the good conduct of the educational process and what it has proven during the global pandemic.
In this study, the researcher sought to formulate some recommendations that would raise the readiness of the University of Hafr Al-Batin in the field of distance education. One of the most important of these is working to spread the culture of E-learning among faculty members and students and to clarify its importance in the educational process by holding internal workshops in order to delve deeper into the advantages of E-learning and how to use it, because this leads to strengthening the position of the university in society.
