درجة الحد من الفاقد التعليمي في مدارس تربية وتعليم جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر مشرفي المباحث الرئيسة

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على سبل الحد من الفاقد التعليمي في مدارس تربية وتعليم جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر مشرفي المباحث الرئيسة حسب متغيرات (النوع ، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة الإشرافية، والتخصص، والمرحلة الدراسية) في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 2023/2024م، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (15) مشرفا ومشرفة شكلت ما نسبته (52%) من مجتمع الدراسة ،وبنى الباحث استبانة تكونت من (46) فقرة توزعت في ستة مجالات وهي على الترتيب (الطالب، المعلم، أولياء الأمور، الإشراف، الإدارات المدرسية، ووزارة التربية والتعليم) وقد تأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتمثلت النتائج بأن درجة الحد من الفاقد التعليمي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة متوسطة ، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، وقد أوصت بأهمية الحرص على استمرار الدوام الوجاهي وحث الطلبة على حل الواجبات وأوراق العمل العلاجية والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور وتوعيتهم بمتابعة تحصيل أبنائهم وتحليل المقررات الدراسية بمساعدة المشرفين التربويين لتحديد المفاهيم والمهارات المفقودة.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
The study aimed to identify ways to reduce educational loss in schools of education south Hebron from the points of view of main investigation supervisors according to the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of supervisory experience, specialization and stage of study .the researcher used the descriptive approach on a simple random sample consisting of (15) male and female supervisors formed a percentage (52) of the study population. The researcher built a questionnaire consisting f 45 items distributed in six areas which are in order, the student teacher ,parents supervision, school administrations, and the ministry of education. It's validity and reliability were confirmed, and the results were the degree of reducing educational loss from the point of view of the study sample is moderate, and that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of the study. It recommended the importance of ensuring the continuation of home work , encouraging students to solve assignments and remedial worksheets, communicating with parents and marking them aware of monitoring their children's achievements and analyzing academic courses with the help of educational supervisors to define concepts and missing skills.
