واقع مواءمة مخرجات أقسام التربية البدنيَّة في الجامعات السعوديَّة مع متطلبات سوق العمل

ملخص:
هدفت الدِّراسة إلى التعرف على واقع مواءمة مخرجات أقسام التربية البدنيَّة في الجامعات السعوديَّة مع متطلبات سوق العمل 2030، والمعوقات التي تواجهها، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستعان بالاستبانة، كأداة للدّراسة. و قد تكوّنت عينة الدِّراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والبالغ عددهم 94 عضواً وعضوة، و14% من طلاب وطالبات والبالغ عددهم 310 طالباً وطالبة في أربع جامعات من الجامعات السعوديَّة التي يوجد فيها أقسامًا وكليات للتربية البدنيَّة وعلوم الرياضة، والمتمثلة في جامعة الملك سعود، وجامعة جدة، وجامعة طيبة، وجامعة الملك فيصل، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها:

جاء واقع مواءمة مخرجات أقسام التربية البدنيَّة لاحتياجات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة استجابة (متوسطة)، بينما جاء من وجهة نظر الطلاب بدرجة استجابة (عالية).    
جاءت معوقات مواءمة مخرجات أقسام التربية البدنيَّة لاحتياجات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة استجابة (عالية). بينما جاءت من وجهة نظر الطلاب بدرجة استجابة (عالية). وقد أوصت الدِّراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة افتتاح تخصصات ومسارات في التربية البدنيَّة وعلوم الرياضة تخدم توجه الدولة نحو تخصيص القطاع الرياضي.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
     Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the reality of the Harmonization of the outputs of physical education departments in Saudi universities with the requirements of the labor market 2030, and the obstacles facing them. The researcher used the descriptive survey method and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study sample consisted of all faculty members, numbering 94 male and female members, and 14% of male and female students, numbering 310 male and female students in four Saudi universities that have departments and colleges of physical education and sports sciences, represented by King Saud University, Jeddah University, Taibah University, and King Faisal University. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: • The reality of the alignment of the outputs of physical education departments with the needs of the labor market came from the point of view of faculty members with a response degree (medium), while from the point of view of students it came with a response degree (high). • The obstacles to aligning the outputs of physical education departments with the needs of the labor market came from the point of view of faculty members with a response rate of (high). While from the point of view of students, it came with a response rate of (high). The study recommended many recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of opening specializations and tracks in physical education and sports sciences that serve the state’s orientation towards privatizing the sports sector.
