نظريات الادارة المدرسية ودورها في التغيير الاداري

الملخص:
حاول العديد من دارسي الإدارة المدرسية تحليل العملية الإدارية ومحاولة وضع نظريات لها، ولقد كان لهذه المحاولات أثر في تحقيق نوع من التقدم في هذا المجال، فقد حاول كل من بول مورت ومساعده دونالد  روس  لوضع أسس لنظرية الإدارة ورد في كتابهما " مبادئ الإدارة المدرسية " كما حاول سيرز البحث في وظيفة الإدارة في دراسة عام 1950 تحت عنوان طبيعة العملية الإدارية، كما أعد البرنامج التعاوني للإدارة التعليمية في أمريكا عدة برامج لتعرف على أساليب نظرية للإدارة التعليمية، ومنها كتاب عام 1955 بعنوان "أساليب أفضل للإدارة المدرسية"، واستحدث سيمون في كتابه "مفهوم الرجل الإداري" عام 1945  طبيعة وأهمية اتخاذ القرار في العملية الإدارية، وفي عام 1968 وضع " يعقوب جيتزلز"  نظرية علمية في الإدارة المدرسية، حيث نظر للإدارة باعتبارها عملية اجتماعية، بينما نظر سيرز إلى الإدارة التعليمية من حيث وظائفها ومكوناتها وحلل العملية الإدارية إلى عدة عناصر رئيسية، ويمكن القول بأن جميع الجهود التي بذلت كلها جهود متأثرة بأفكار رجال الإدارة العامة والصناعية أمثال (تايلور) (وهنري فايول) (ولوثر جيوليك)، وغيرهم من رجال الإدارة العامة.
ومن خلال ها الطرح للاغلبية نظريات الادارة المدرسية التربوية نلاحظ ان جميعها يسعى لتغيير تقدمه الادارة المدرسية كلا حسب الجانب الى طرحه سواء اكان المدير او العاملين او المؤسسة او العلاقات الانسانية التى يتعامل بها المدير مع العاملين معه وكلها تأكد اهمية الادارة المدرسية والتربوية الكبيرة لان اعداد النشئ وبناة الوطن يتم في المدارس والاخيرة تسير وتنمو بالادارة المدرسية.
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
    Many students of school administration tried to analyze the administrative process and try to develop theories for it, and these attempts had the effect of achieving some kind of progress in this field. Both Paul Mort and his assistant Donald Ross tried to lay the foundations for management theory mentioned in their book "Principles of School Administration" as well. Sears tried to research the function of administration in a study in 1950 under the title The Nature of the Administrative Process. The Cooperative Program for Educational Administration in America also prepared several programs to identify theoretical methods of educational management, including a 1955 book entitled "Better Methods of School Administration," and Simon introduced in his book. The concept of the administrative man "in 1945, the nature and importance of decision-making in the administrative process, and in 1968," Jacob Getzlz "developed a scientific theory in school administration, where he viewed management as a social process, while Sears looked at educational administration in terms of its functions and components and analyzed the administrative process into several Main elements, and it can be said that all the efforts that were made are all efforts influenced by the ideas of public and industrial administration men such as (Taylor) (and Henry Fayol) (Luther Jyulik), and other public administration men. Through this presentation of the majority of the theories of educational school administration, we note that all of them seek to change the progress of the school administration, both according to the aspect to its presentation, whether it is the director, workers, institution, or human relations with which the principal deals with his workers, all of which confirm the importance of the school administration and educational great because the numbers of young people and builders The homeland takes place in schools, and the latter continues and grows with school administration.
