رغبه الطلاب في التوجه الى التأهيل والتدريب المهني كخيار مستقبلي واستراتيجي من وجهة نظرهم

الملخص:
   هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى زيادة الوعي للتعليم المهني والتقني من خلال استطلاع رأي الشباب في مدى رغبتهم من الالتحاق في التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني. وأيضاً يحاول هذا البحث إبراز مدى وعي طلبة جامعة تبوك بالتعليم المهني والتقني والذي يفضي الى زيادة عدد الشباب الملتحقين بالمهن التقنية. هذا وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة ان طلبة جامعة تبوك لديهم معلومات كافية عن التعليم المهني والتقني وان جزء كبير منهم لا يمانعوا من الالتحاق في العمل المهني والتقني. كما ان التغير والتطور التقني الذي شمل جميع الأعمال من تطور أدي الى تطور التعليم التقني والمهني وهذا أدى الى زيادة الوعي لدى الطلبة وكذلك زيادة رغباتهم في الالتحاق في التعليم المهني مما أسهم في إيجاد وجهة نظر جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة لذلك. كذلك معرفة الطلبة لبعض الحالات التي شكلت نجاحات في مجال المهن التقنية والذين اثبتوا وجودهم في سوق العمل بشكل مناسب. كما أن للمدارس ووزارة التعليم بشكل عام دور في زيادة الوعي لدى الطلبة من خلال عقد الورش والدورات وتوزيع المنشورات التي تبين الفرص والفوائد من الالتحاق بالتعليم المهني والتقني. وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة ببعض التواصي من أهمها ضرورة قيام جامعة تبوك بمزيد من الدورات والورش التي تهدف الى تعريف الطلاب بالتعليم المهني والتقني.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Youth and Addiction to Drugs and Ways to Prevent them: A Field Study on University Youth
Abstract:
   This study aims to raise awareness of vocational and technical education by polling young people about their desire to enroll in vocational and technical education and training. Also, this research attempts to highlight the awareness of Tabuk University students about vocational and technical education, which leads to an increase in the number of young people joining technical professions. The results of the study showed that Tabuk University students have sufficient information about vocational and technical education, and a large part of them do not mind joining vocational and technical work. Moreover, the technical change and development that included all work from a development led to the development of technical and vocational education, and this led to an increase in awareness among students, as well as an increase in their desire to enroll in vocational education, which contributed to finding a point of view that came with a high degree of appreciation for that. As well as the students’ knowledge of some cases that constituted successes in the field of technical professions and who have proven their presence in the labor market appropriately. Schools and the Ministry of Education in general also have a role in raising awareness among students by holding workshops and courses and distributing leaflets that show the opportunities and benefits of enrolling in vocational and technical education. This study came out with some recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the University of Tabuk to conduct more courses and workshops aimed at introducing students to vocational and technical education.
