دور برنامج المجلس الطلابي في تطوير المهارات القيادية لطالبات المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية بجدة من وجهة نظرهن

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة الطالبات المشاركات وغير المشاركات في المجلس الطلابي في المدارس الحكومية بجدة للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظرهن، تبنت الـدراسة المـنهج الوصفـي تحليلي، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية بلغت (638) طالبة، توصلت الدراسة إلى: اتجـاهات أفراد العـينة كـانت إيجابيـة للمهارات القيادية، درجة ممارسة الطالبات المشاركات في المجلس الطلابي للمهارات القيادية كانت بدرجة مرتفعة جداً؛ ودرجة ممارسة الطالبات الغير المشاركات في المجلس الطلابي للمهارات القيادية كانت بدرجة مرتفعة؛ وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المشاركات والغير المشاركات في المجلس الطلابي بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية للمهارات القيادية لصالح المشاركات المجلس الطلابي، وحجم تأثير المشاركة في المجلس الطلابي وفقاً لمعامل "إيتا" جاء ضعيفاً، وأوصت الدراسة: بالعمل من قبل القائدات والمعلمات على تحسين مهارة حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات، الحرص من قبل المدارس على تبادل الزيارات بين المجالس الطلابية لمناقشة إنجازاتهم في المجلس الطلابي، مطالبة إدارة التعليم بجدة بتفعيل فكرة المجالس الطلابية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية للبنات بجدة.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
  The study aims to identify the degree of the female students’ attitudes towards practices of the leadership skills whether they are participating in the student councils or not in public schools in Jeddah. The study adopts a descriptive analytical method, using 638 students selected randomly. The study found out that the attitudes of the sample subjects were positive towards their leadership skills, the degree of the leadership skills practice of the students participating in the Student Councils is very high, while the degree of the non-participating students is high. A statistically significant difference was found in the overall score of the leadership skills between the two groups of students in favor of the student council participants, and the size of the impact of participation in the student council according to the ETA factor was weak. The study ends up with some recommendations that school leaders and teachers have to improve the skills of problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring that schools exchange visits between student councils to discuss their achievements in the Student Councils and asking the Jeddah Education Departments to adopt the idea of student councils in secondary schools for girls in Jeddah.
